CUSTOMAX ™ – for Customer Profitability
The CustoMax Customer Profitability system has been specifically developed to measure profitability in a multi-dimensional format in large organizations such as Banks, Insurance Companies or other companies with many thousands (or millions) of customers.
It allows drill-down to transactional level of costs by customer and full margin analysis. It can also provide (client defined) views such as:
- Account and/or customer
- Business unit or portfolio
- Branch, region or area
- Sales person
- Delivery channel
- Transaction
A transfer pricing mechanism can also be operated within the system. Funds transfer pricing in a Bank forms an integral module of the system. The system also links to systems such as our ValuMax ABC system.
