For Sanet Orton (LinkedIn page), Operations Manager at Cortell, the single reason that clients continue to rely on Cortell’s expertise in implementing budgeting and forecasting solutions is trust.

Before arriving at Cortell seven years ago, Sanet worked in finance.
“I found it boring – and I hated doing month-ends,” she says.
She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has completed her articles, which puts her in a good position when working on implementing extensive budgeting and forecasting solutions.
“I act as a translator between the financial needs of the client, and the technical considerations of our implementation teams to make sure the client gets exactly the product they need. All clients are different – for example, I’ve had to implement company-wide branch-inclusive tax calculations for one customer – but they all expect the same thing: to collaborate with us to help make their business better.”
